Cell C - Get it

I have contacted cell c on numerous occasions, I have even gone into a cell c shop to have this matter addressed. I did not sign up for this get it service, every month I have to pay for it and this is in breach of my contract. I phoned the get it number as for some reason cell c contact centre cannot help me, but they can take my money. I was told by a very rude lady that I had signed up for this service and that I will just have to pay. when I enquired when this was I realised that I could not have signed up for this as I was out of the country and did not have signal on my phone to this supposed call. I then spoke to another consultant who "had it sorted out" but till date I still get billed for this. this is totally unacceptable and I want my money back for every month that I had to pay for this.
