Ad service as usual

This actually started last year, I signed up for a telkom line in october, to date nobody has ever called me, so much for customer service. I then decided to go this week to sign up for a telkom line yet again this week, this time at the fourways telkom store, yet again service was bad, the consultant was more interested with playing her phn then sorting out the application. I live in midrand vorna valley, the unit I bought has an existing telkom box in it to connect a phone, and vorna valley has infrastructure. I get an sms yesterday, saying that I can expect service and please pay attention to the date and year "23 november 2011" what kind of pathetic operation is this??? I went back to the store and showed them the message and with same don't care attitude, I was told speak to a consultant.
