No ADSL lines for Vorna Valley

I am amazed in this day in age, living in a big urban neighbourhood that Telkom is still unable to provide ADSL lines in Vorna Valley. If we were living in a remote location then I can understand the problem, but we live on the door step of Warefall Estate which will be supplied with ADSL lines?
