So my initial Hello Peter complaint which saw no resolution (Vodacom told me they could only replace my recycled line with another recyled line) i decided to cancel the contract with them. On 2nd September i called to arrange this and spoke to an Ovayo Mali. I followed up about a week later when noone came to pick up the phone and was told it took between 7-14 days to be actioned. Today is now the 17th September (15 days later) and no word. I then phoned in to enquire and was told by a Mampho Nhlapo that it did not look as through my request had been sent to the relevent department and that she would now send it through. After asking for the incompentant consultant's name, Mampho first refused i can only imagine to protect her buddy. I finally got it out of her and requested the number for the complaints department. She gave me the number 08217800 which turned out to be the Life insurance department number. There is no number for complaints.

If i had a way of cancelling any and all association with this patyhetic network provider i would institute it today. Their service is disgusting and they have zero accountability. I will not refer anyone to join this!!!
