On the 8th of September 2013 i opened a contract with mtn at The Liberty Midlands Mall, a week later i went back to mtn as i had not heard from them, i had found the number on the internet i called on a number of occasions to which i got no reply, i finally went back to the mall yesterday 16 September 2013 to which the response was i need to contact Mtn if i want to know about my contract and that i was told i would wait a week for my new phone when i went to query on the 16th i was told another 8 days, i mean you would expect a phone call or some better customer service
