Can anyone please assist me. I've contacted vodacom now everyday at least 10 times a day with countless emails yet they still want me to pay extra for their mistake!? They had given me the incorrect package. Now they still cant assist me with correcting it and now the only way they can is if i pay the extra charges... can someone please help me? Every complaint thus far has just got a email response telling me it has been esscelated yet no posotive solution.
