I'm very dissapointed in 8ta, after 24 month of excellent service (I never had any problems during my contract term) things changed when I requested a cancellation. I've made countless calls to your call centre to follow up on a cancellation/termination notice that was submitted begining of August, well guess what I am still waiting for my number to be converted to prepaid like I kindly requested when I went to submit my notice in the Vangate branch. Heita used to be a company I would recommend to friends but all that has changed now. I don't want to be billed again in September, please sort this out as a matter of urgency while at that please email the statements like I asked two of your consultants to email me yesterday and refund my bank account and please explain why my account was debited on Friday, 13 September when your records should clearly state that the D/O must go off on the last day of the month and I made a payment 2 days before month end.
