I was robed my phone bill is R1800

I was robed at gun point on 25.08.2013 and struggled to get through to MTN for two because I was using cell c phone, I eventually found a person using MTN and got through to MTN, two hours later my phone was blocked and the thugs used my phone to call a 0735655744 number after 10 minutes of me" to give my phone to" i assume and this person downloaded stuff from web and made a million calls to 0839000493 that amounted to R1300.
MTN is refusing to reverse these charges and say I must PAY!!! Now I asked MTN to ask them who does the 0735655744 belongs to they said sorry we can see but we are not allowed to tell you... just go to the police and so that the Court can decide that... REALLY NOW MTN
