Cell phone number working 4 days after porting

Where do I begin with my Cell C Ordeal I ordered a phone (Samsung galaxy S3 they even gave me the wrong phone I asked for the 64gig and they gave me a 32gig) from Cell C direct I told them I need my number ported to them as well I signed for the phone on the 20th it is now the 24th and my number that they claimed to have ported for me has not worked from day 1 (When I signed up they said it takes 24 hours). When I insert the microsim the phone does not even detect the sim. They have already taken their first debit order already thou they don't forget that. I have phoned them 6 times about this already and spoke to their call centre supervisor who even promised to treat my problem as high priority and said a technician would phone me yesterday evening to give me a "turn around time" but no one has bothered to phone yet (call ref#1305230000013742). One person I spoke to said I must go and visit a store buy another sim at my own cost and get it sorted out. At the end of your you to rate their service& and f you would recommend them to others. CRAIG ALLEN KNOTT where is your " NO" button. CellC is cheap but for a reason the service is horrendous. Take your phone&I want my money back.
