Service is pathetic

I applied for a new contract with Cellc, been a cell c customer for 72 hours.
got a Samsung S4 mini. Switched phone on and have figured that battery is not working properly. called CellC customer service, they said they cannot assist me on a Sunday.
Called today (18/11/2013). First call, got a different number to phone, that number goes back to where i started. second call, was transferred, held on for 10 minutes than cut off. third call was the same.
Called a fourth time, asked that somebody call me back, gave a deadline of 60 minutes for me to get a call. 2 hours have past, still no call.
Cell C is now in breach of a contract and agreement we had, they did not even RICA me yet they activated my phone. I am going to cancel my contract, if this is what i am going through now as a new client, I can only imagine what i will go through as a regular customer if I remain with them.
I officially hate this now and am really furious...
