Contract opened with MTN

I am tired of MTN. I do not have a contract with MTN yet they are taking money off my bank account. When I try contact MTN to find out what is happening I cannot get hold of anyone!! I also sent the online email yet nothing. This is ridiculous! I want MTN to stop talking money from me for nothing. MTN GET HOLD OF ME SO WE CAN SORT THIS OUT. I will NEVER use your services as I cannot ever get hold of anyone...
