Can't get hold of supplier - want my money back

Through Facebook I was directed to this "amazing product" Booked and paid for online with the guarantee that the transaction was safe and secure, this all happened on the 07 November.
To date no product but the money was deducted off my card the same day.
I can't seem to get hold of them on the following email [Email Removed] or on this number 27-875502437 who are they and why can I not get a hold of them?
