Cannot get hold of them for 5 months

I while ago i had a loan with capitec bank then they handed me over to vertex which collected money from me in 2011 and i payed it off, then last year in july they came again with the garnish of the same amount i paid the previous year, and since august i have been trying to get hold of them cant get to talk to their attorneys and their receptionist tells me theres nothing she can do if i dont go through

my problem is they can get hold of us when they collect money but when we want to understand why they duplicate the payments we cant get hold of them, meanwhile they are taking money from my payslip in form of ganishee
