MTN needs to get their act together, i have been using the same number for many years now and i cant make a swim swapm because i keep failing a stupid security check. What more do they want from me, i keep giving them mi ID number, its stupid to expect me to remember every single detail like which airtime i loaded last?
I bought 2 recharge vouchers at the same time 3 days back, how am i supposed to remember which one i loaded last?
If you don't get your act together you will lose a customer, I'm tired of calling and going through to agents that have no idea what they are doing..Why should i go to a police station and get an affidavit for a lost sim card?
