My sim card is messed up, for the last three or four days is has not been working, there's a message that say's my has not been registered, so when I called your call centre I was told that my sim is messed up I should buy another sim and do a sim swap, when I called I was asked stupid questions like how much did I recharge my account with, this is a very stupid question, cause I own tree cellphone's so how the k am I gonna remember the amount of airtime I recharged with, It should be obvious that the sim belong's to me when the ID number is correct, how the k am I gonna remember which number I last called, I have tree cellphone's and 1000 people to call, you people must just find another way to verify the authentic owner of the sim card, this process is stupid, the network is just another mickey mouse and call center agents. this network is uselesss.
