BAD SERVICE TO GET CUSTOMER INTO NEW CONTRACT

We recently migrated our contract to a new package as the old package is no longer available, They wanted us to take a new device, but the old router works fine (UNTIL THURSDAY when everything migrated.) Since migrating and not taking a new device, the machine stopped working - it took FOUR different technicians who spoke with my satellite consultant to NOT FIX the problem. 3 of them followed procedure, came to an unsuccessful solution, ran out of options and put the phone down. the one consultant went as far as to say she needed to get a more computer/technical savvy person to speak to them as she was not competent. When I stepped in I got through to a Supervisor (Nahim Karim) EVENTUALLY - who then assured me he'd send a technician by Friday. Friday cam and went and so did Saturday - Today there was still no technician, when I contact them - no technician had even been requested. Nahim had done NOTHING. Got to love incompetence. So, new account - 5 call centre / technician consultants, a supervisor and now the Operations Manager, no wonder they have not overtaken the other telephone Companies = they give the same awefule, couldn't care less service.
