I deposited money into my credit card and 2 days later it was not reflecting into my account and learned that it was deposited into an incorrect account number and not the! i had on the deposit slip. This happened on the 1st Oct 13 and to this day, the matter has not been resolved. I called last Wednesday as i was promised that it will be resolved in 48 hrs and I was told that they funds have been transfered to the same wrong account again. it's 2 weeks later today and still my issue is not resolved and i am being sent from pillar to post. Earlier today 14Oct i was told the transfer will be done by midday and they will call, guess what no1 called, i just phoned and the person handling my case is on a tea brake. Why should I be spending my money making all these calls. Can i please have this matter resolved asap.
