Billings are exhorbitant

Good Day,

I have a serious billing dispute regarding my data package (number 082 653 3628) that I have taken out with Altech Autopage. I took out the contract sometime during July 2012. The contract came with a laptop and 2gigs a month all inclusive. For the first six months (July 2012 to November 2012) my charges were as per the contract of R229 a month. I believe that you guys charge a month in arrears.

I am concerned with the billings for December 2012 and January 2013 and strongly believe that I have been charged erroneously. I received the following bills:

o December 2012 R1, 372.14
o January 2013 R1, 522.86

My kids and I did not make use of the modem during December (from the beginning of the school holidays) as we had left town. We only returned sometime in January 2013. How is it possible to be charged such high data charges when the laptop and modem was not in use.

I demand that the account be rectified and I be reimbursed. I am sure it is a billing problem from the service providers, that being Voda
