I had 4 contracts due for upgrade, which I did in July. Jolinda, was extremely helpful and very friendly, but unfortunately that''s where it stopped. First of all, it took almost 3 weeks to get all 4 new contracts activated, then to realize the contracts I got is not the packages I wanted. I asked if there would be any additional charges with these upgraded and were told no upgrades. Huge shock when I got my account!!! Instead of an anticipated saving of approximately R 600 a month, my account went from R 1500 to R3200, with loads and loads of additional charges. One of them being a R99 charge on top of the contract charges for all 4 contracts. I have left numerous messages for somebody to contact me to solve this, and get a solution to these issues. Surprisingly nobody at Nashua Mobile Midrand is even interested in getting my issues solved. I left messages via Facebook, got a reply to produce them with a contact number, which I did, guess what? No response. I spoken to Jolinda again, who passed my complaints on to Natalie. Guess what? No response. I even emailed Natalie myself, still nothing. I can not believe what bad service this turned out to be.
