I took an upgrade contracts in September 2013, after checking the statements earlier this month I then noticed that I have been billed for BIS from the previous contract since the beginning.
I called Nashua Mobile to highlight this, to my surprise I was treated with disrespect and I was told that it was my responsibility to call and cancel a the additional service I never requested from the first place.
Choosing Nashua Mobile has becoming a huge mistake I have ever made and now I just want to proceed in cancelling my contracts with due to their behaviour towards customers.
