How hard can it be to get Cell C Cover - Very hard

I tried searching for a number to call to get cell c cover on google, I was told to call customer care on 140 just to be given another number to call 084 157 0007, why do I need to call the call centre, wait forever to get helped just to be told to call another number? I have been calling this number for 2 days now without any answer after waiting like 30 minutes at a time, it gives you a voice prompt and then it gives you an ringing tone, very frustrating. I received my fone yesterday and should it be I will not be covered. This is PATHETIC and if Im trying this hard to get them to just anwer the phone to GIVE me insurance I shadder to think how it will be should I have to make a clame. This is really unexceptable.
