I would like to report the worst customer service and billing I've ever recited from any company. I ordered a simple ipad min for R 269 per month. It first took 3 weeks to actually receive a device in June. Once I received it there was no 3G connection for an entire month. The device was moved to a different service provider and a different device and problem solved. The first payment off my account was R1408.00 what the. A month later I get charged another R800.00. I have called their consultants so many times, I've spent almost R200 in phone calls, even been to their head office 3 times. They are just deducting what they want from my account and its pathetic. I have no choice but to take the matter legal as this is just simple. There is constant broken promises for refunds and no resolution
