Double Charges for Monthly Device Payment

After numerous phone calls, emails etc. I am still being billed x2 for "Monthly Device Payment". After speaking to I don't know how many consultants on numerous occassion, and they keep telling "we will send the request through to the account/billing department to rectify" I keep getting an invoice for:

Monthly device payment R110.52
Monthly device payment R156.14

This has been going on since before Oct, when I upgraded. Please get this sorted or I will have to take this to the consumer board, I have had enough now, you are money from me as a customer.

Recitfy or I am cancelling the account.
