Dreadfull Service / Empty Promises / No response

The first instance I was told that tey dont have stock but can return the next day. Returned but the next sales person told me that there was never a delivery scheduled even but I can be sure that thhere are definitely some stock arriving 2 days later and she will give me a call. Did not hear anything for 3 days. Tried calling them, made 12 attempts where no one answered the phone, it just rang dead each time. I decided to go there in person. Got there, another new face told me that they havent ordered stock but thenfollowing wednesday there will be a delivery. I asked if they can get from another store, he said its pointlesss, they re closing for renovations but i can try then franchised store. They also didnt have any stock but a service advisor suggested i try Game. Game did not even do Mtn contracts. I went back, only then did he suggest that he places an order for me... after 10 days only did someone think of this? He took my details and told me it will take 2/3 days. It is noow day 5 and still no call. Today made over 30 calls to cape gate, tygervalley and century city stores, not a ssingle one answered. How can i reach them, cant keep driving after these incompitent muppets.
