Worst online shopping experience ever!

After a friend had raved about Woolworths online shopping, I decided to give it a try and ordered a couple of items from them on 10/03/2013 with delivery scheduled for 13/03/2013. The day before delivery, I got a garbled voicemail message from them with a contact number. I tried to contact the number (one of their stores?) a number of times but it just rang and rang. On Friday, 2 days after delivery was due, I gave up and contacted their call centre. They put me in touch with the store that is dealing with my order, only to be told that of the 4 items I had ordered, only one was in stock! How does that work? How can you sell something and take money for it if you don't have it? I then asked the person on the other end if she had checked other stores for stock and she answered no that she hadn't. How does this work? This is not acceptable! Sort this out immediately please!
