I'm being charge for a connection fee of R200, which according the promo should be free or no charge to it. i called the first time spoke to a lady and she informed me that i didn't need to worry as it was a mistake. i informed her that if that was the case please provide me with a case no. she said no. I hanged up she also wanted me to rate her LOL. I called again and came to speak to this gentlemen with the email- [Email Removed] what a amazing service i got!!! my huge bill did not go away but just his service made me feel ok to leave it in his hands to addres the matter for me. case number 6713480
