Incorrect charge on my account

Since 3 Sept when I received my August statement via email I have spoken to 2 different consultants who assured me that the Activation Fee of R200 on my account was a mistake and when time came at the end of the month to debit my account I would not be charged that extra R200. Sure as made little green apples I was charged on 30 Sept for this plus my normal monthly contract fee. All the promises came to naught. Tried to speak to consultants today, got cut off from the first one, waited for ages to speak to another one and was assured it would be reversed but will take a number of days. I wonder? This is so disappointing as I have been very happy with 8ta for the past 2 years. I hope the problem will soon be resolved. Case No. 6702029.
