I purchased a databundle of R150 on 27/3/13 (2 1). Verification was done in shop re coverage. To my shock, upon trying to activate, no coverage! Went back to shop (Southcoast Mall), & tried to test via laptop etc. My horror = no coverage in the shop where data is sold! Asked money back, told "no sir" - asked how they could sell package that does'nt work - told they "have targets to make"! 23 calls later, (48hrs), drove to coverage area to activate. Told not enough funds?! Package NOT ACTIVATED YET! Told via callcentre that R1.50 had been used (on package not activated!) had to buy another R10 to activate. Asked to reverse or payback, come to some sort of solution - told "sorry, buy another bundle". I was even willing to pay in, to solve my problem.
Can somebody just sort this out?
