Cell c is unacceptable when it comes to service

I cancelled my cell c contract 3 years ago and about 2 months ago i received a sms saying that i will be handed over, and if i could not provide proof that this contract was cancelled that there was nothing that they could do and would have to hand the account over. the woman i spoke to at the attorneys office was blatantly rude to me, treating me like an . i do not have proof because all this was done telephonically as these service providers choose to hide behind call centers and condescending agents who have been trained but offer minimal assistance. this morning i again spent hours trying to speak to someone to get this resolved with no progress as yet. i am truly disgusted by this service and i am at my wits end about what to do next! i have no proof because this was done 3 years ago telephonically and now cell c is threatening to hand over the so called outstanding account. i find this ridiculous!
