Lack of progress regarding Application

Hi. My name is Brandon. I appiled for Cell C Apple iPhone 5; R399/month, contract which was rejected due to my credit rating. I have no problem here. I received good service during my application.

I have since requested by email (from [Email Removed] on the 23/1/2013) that Cell C contact my girlfriend so that she may apply for two of the above contracts which to date she has received no communications whatsoever.

We are both on Vodacom prepaid and would love to become Cell C customers.
