POOR SERVICE-NO RESPONSE AFTER 8 DAYS

This is the worst service provider.
800 MB disappeared from my account. I logged a call with Cell C on Wednesday last week, up till today no one has looked into this.
I've phoned almost every day since Saturday and every time I call they say someone is looking into this.
I phoned today and asked the line manager to give me an answer regarding this but he had such an attitude.
I will definitely take this further.
I WANT TO WARN EVERYONE NOT TO TAKE OUT A CELL C CONTRACT!!!
