DONT LIVE UP TO PROMISES

I obtained a contact from 8ta for a 9900. promises werent kept with regards to what comes with the contract. but that isnt my biggest concern. in a time span of a year. iv taken the phone in 3 times, everytime iv been given a refubished phone lone behold it all has issues. on my last attempt i spoke with the helpful consultant webster. he tried his utmost best to obtain a brand new 9900 hopefully one with no issues. the repair department then offered me a brand new 9360 of which is a fraction of the cost compared to my 9900 as they said they have no new 9900's. i then stipulated there was no way id go from a 7k phone to a 2k phone. i refused and stipulated they ust just give me an equivlent phone in priceing such as a brand new s3 (one without problems) they said they couldnt swap manufatures (which made no sense because my friend had issues with his iphone 5 and they swoped it for the galaxy s4) again they dont live up to thier word. they then promised a brand new blackberry torch and i accepted. i went to go colect and again a refurbished phone was offered. they do not keep thier promises by any means. im so fed up. they didnt live upto thier promises with the contacts!!
