Cell C starter pack not working

Went to store on Wednesday and ask for Cell C starter pack, gave ID and proof of residence and left store. Phoned back on Thursday afternoon-no answer. Phoned again on Friday and lady said phoned was rica'd and cell C does not do their part. Phoned again on Saturday-phoned rang for 1, 5 mins-no answer.
I AM SITTING WITH A CELL C SIM CARD FOR 4 DAYS AND STILL SHOW 'UNREGISTERED SIM"
