UNLAWFUL PAYMENT

On the 4th December 2013 at 18h55 and 18h57 a lady without identity from FNB call centre (0112271000) called me regarding my outstanding old loan account. As discussed, she promised to call me in seven days time to make arrangement for payment. She asked me about the money she saw in my account and I explained that it is the money I received from RAF that I have to use for my operation on my arm. I explained to her about my situation and that I have been unemployed since 2010.At 19h39, after I spoke to her, an amount of R13367.64 was deducted from my account. I really feel FNB take poor people for a ride and that the deduction was unlawful. Please help
