Good day,
I would like to place a formal complain about vodacom listing me with a Default without proper communication. I got a call today to say i am listed by Vodacom for a contract, firstly it was a month to month contract, i lost the sim and decised that i dont really need further contract, so i did not even report the matter. I could afford the the monthly payment, not a problem. What i hate is i never got a call on any of my alternative numbers regarding this matter. I want these default to be removed right away, as this is simply showing off the power of a Company to individuals, i want ths matter to be address urgurtly. Thanks
