Double payment

I had a contract with mtn, which they supply me with two cell phone nrs. 0832529300 & 0832529649. on 2013.04.10 I terminate the contract and MTN request me to pay an early termination fee of R811.86 into their bank account: MTNSP - account number: 4063304150. this I did on 2013.04.11 at ABSA Bank Tokai, Cape Town. ON 2013.05.15 the same amount R811.86 was deducted from my bank account for the same purpose (early termination). I did made equiries with MTN at Tokai Blue Route Mall as well as MTN Pick N Pay in Steenberg rd but without any success. They double charged me and I want my money back.

Please help. I did send a complaint to your office but nothing came of it. Thanks.
