What happened to the next day promise? On Monday, I enquired about S4 upgrade and enquired about stock, i was told, yes we have stock and you will have it next day, as its before noon. Well I received a box with a CD and a sim, NO PHONE. I hear from a voice mail that it will only be delivered by 22nd September, no access to any person in the call centre. I also assume that the contract will kick in as from today, so now I have a Micro SIM and no phone. I should have signed with MTN, as they offering a much better deal and I also would have received better service.

I feel this totally unacceptable.
