Useless Internet!

I have a 24 month 8ta 3G contract which is now almost useless as i'm not able to even open the google homepage because of "dns look up failed". That is because of super slow internet and a timely latency. In the day it's okayish, but when everybody get home at 17:00-18:00 then I can just leave the 3G disconnected because it's useless. I have a online business that depends on constant internet access. I am really disgusted at the service because I'm paying for 3G internet NOT DIAL-UP! I have changed 3G modems... tried routers, and even drove to the cell tower! and nothing helps. This is ridiculous and I'm running out of patience!!!
