AWESOME EXCELLENT SERVICE WINS LOYAL CUSTOMER BACK

I recently asked for an early upgrade on my contract. Due to a previous upgrade I was told by several people within MTN that this is not possible even though I was in month 23 of my contract.

I contacted Somayya and explained my case to her, she was not making any promises and after I've been told several times I did not have any hope that my upgrade would be approved.

Within 48 hours she came back to me with an approval without any conditions and I was over the moon!
The service from Somayya and Dino at East Rand Mall was excellent.

Dino stayed after hours to assist me and also replied to my queries the following days.

MTN has definitely won me back for life with their awesome service!
