I Andiswa Tyelo would like to give full praise and gratitude to Somayya Akhalwaya who helped me through a very rough patch with a Sales person from mtn who made me sign for a contract i never asked for. Somayya heard my complaint and in less than a month i was sorted. I personally think mtn should have more educated people like her in each and every MTN store who will go the extra mile for awesome service which makes people like us want more from mtn. Thank you very much Somayya and I hope the CEO of mtn wherever he is would also appreciate your services for us and recognize you as the outstanding person that you are.
