I am not happy with cell c, network is really bad... i am having network problem and this Nomsa Mthembu wants to do a security check on me like. When i started my conversation with her was my phone calls are cutting, i don't have time to do a security check just for network problem, i asked to speak to her senior and she put me through to Sydney and guess what network cut us off... so now i must try again to call and its impossible for me to get the connection just for the menu voice prompt. I regret porting my number to this service provide... i tried again and i managed to get through but they cant transfer to Sydney as they are not in the same building and there i was thinking i would find a miss call or voice mail for this stupid supervisor since our call was cut but nothing..clearly CELL C doesn't know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICES... i am going back to Vodacom. I ported for 2 weeks and already i am sick and tired of this up network...
