Telkom is billing me for nothing

Telkom is taking of R 79 a month for more than a year and every time they phone me and tell me they will stop it. But nothing happen. I don't have a telkom account. Pleas repay me or must I first go and see a attorney like telkom do. My bank statement show telkom SA 265937399-8
