On the 12/07/2013 i went into a Telkom Branch to cancel my line and was told i can only do so by phoning 10212. I did that the same day and was told i had to give a month notice before canceling and i gave notice on that call REF: TOC139199608.

I was told that the line would be cancelled a month later. End of August Telkom deducted my monthly account yet again after i specifically asked them to cancel the line.

I then phoned again in the first week of September and they told me that the line would be canceled and i would be refunded the monthly payment as i have already cancelled the line.

Guess what??? The line is not yet cancelled. What do you need to do in this country to get some service?

How long must i still wait to get an answer or to cancel this line? I am paying for this line EVERY month and not using it. I expect this to be sorted out ASAP and i expect to be refunded as this is NOT my mistake.

I wonder how long ill wait for a response this time? If i ever get one.
