C Cell Reneges on replacement agreement

On the 20th june 2013 i took out a cellphone contract for the first time, 6 days later i handed my phone in with a broken microphone. The phone then took over 4 weeks to be returned and it was returned in the same condition with a broken microphone. Besides the fact that the phone was not fixed what happened to the 7 day agreement with a factory fault? (OBF). I then returned the phone on the same day it was given back to me and they said the phone had to be booked in for repairs again, in this time i was billed for the phone contract when i didn't even have the phone! Has Cell C reneged on their replacement agreement, yes!!! Not once have I experienced any customer care satisfaction. Will it take legal proceedings involving the consumer protection act as the next step? All in all a bad experience and with no positive resolution in sight.
