INADEQUATE SERVICE FOR MY INTENDED PURPOSE

3G INTERNET SPEED AND QUALITY GROSSLY LACKING AND NOW I'M STUCK PAYING MONTHLY FEES ON A SAMSUNG TABLET WHICH ALSO LACKS THE SERVICES I REQUIRED AND INTENDED TO USE WHEN I ACQUIRED THE CONTRACT. THE APP DOWNLOADED FOR SARS EFILING IS NOT WORKING. I AM AN ACCOUNTANT AND RELY ON THE INTERNET BUT DUE TO THE INSUFFICIENT SERVICE MY OVERHEADS ARE HIGHER (I SPEND 3 TIMES, IF NOT LONGER, PER RETURN SUBMISSION ON MY LAPTOP AT HOME) AND THE EFILING APP ON THE TABLET ISN'T COMPATIBLE. HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS CONTRACT AND THE TABLET WHICH IS OF NO USE TO ME SO THAT I CAN PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT MEETS MY NEEDS AND MY INTENDED REQUIREMENTS?
