Receiving bad service after logging complaint

I logged a complaint on Hellopeter on Sunday 13/1 . Willem (req:1624736) responded that you will get back to me. Someone did - I was asked to complete a form and fax it to MTN to get the info. This I did. To date I have not heard anything again. The request was also sent to Rakesh (Department).

Can somebody please get back to me otherwise you leave me know choice as to believe that MTN is being dishonest. What I'm asking is not difficult - I just want a detailed breakdown of why my 3g cards bill is so high. What was sent to me initially is not sufficient and will not stand ground with CPA (not clear and understandable at all)
