Autopage service big time

I should say again I am disgusted with Autopage, last month they debited R283.48 on my account which I complained and the agent promised and assured me that it will never happened again as the reason why that amount was deducted was because of the upgrade which I understood but to my shock last night I receive an sms saying that R292.98 was deducted from my account which I don't understand where it is coming from, i have never ever received a bad service like I have with Autopage, i am now going to cancel my contract and pay whatever amount they want me to pay cos i can't allow Autopage to just use my money when I am not receiving any good service, if anyone can ask advice about Autpage i would not even recommend them, They BIG TIME
