Inadequate response from Vodacom Lesotho

We are experiencing problems with initial active simcards that just stop working for no apparent reason. We are beyond frustrated with the lack of response/ care from Vodacom Lesotho as we have sent them numerous emails (33 to be exact and have received very few replies although they are reading them as per our read reports). Toward the end of 2012 we have had some attempts from their side to addess the problem (unsuccessfully) but since then the matter remains unresolved. Phone calls do not help as the problem does not get attended to. We have approximately 1200 simcards on Vodacom Lesotho network and it is imperative that they all report as we are a tracking company (emphasis on TRACKING) yet they treat the matter as an inconsequential business dealing. We have 15% problematic simcards of our overall fleet that are not working and we feel that Vodacom Lesotho are not addressing our problem adequately. We have attempted to contact Vodacom SA in search of a way to escalate this matter so it can be resolved but we have received no reply. Apart from changing over to Econet at a huge expense to us, we honestly don't know what to do anymore.
