M-Web cant do anything

We want to move to a 2 meg line from our current 1 meg line. We get told it will take 15 days, and will only be available at month end if we are lucky. The call centre tells us that there is nothing they can do, as they are subject to Telkom's work pace. Why did we migrate our line to M-Web, if there is nothing you can do? It takes up to 15 days for someone to push a button. Staff at Telkom and M-Web are way overpaid. Our up-time with M-Web is at best 66% of the time. At 21.15pm each night, the ADSL line goes dead. If we are busy with anything, we just get cut off. The line is only back on in the morning. Do I get a 33% discount. No way. Now I get told I must wait a month (maybe more) for an upgrade. If we are to wait a month, we may as well get a new service provider, while we are at it. Why did M-Web not tell us, when signing up, that there was nothing they could do when it came to this kind of thing? Another thing, your " fair use" policy. What is considered fair use in MB's. Your staff told me, my current package is unmonitored. Moving to your 2mg line would be monitored, and subject to "fair use policy". They to had no idea what it covers. Typical.
