I have 6 x Blackberry's... so i should know if something is not right with one of the phones...
i sent 2 x blackberry curves in for repairs... Mimosa mall exhanges 1 unit with a refurbished unit... a week later i noticed both phones are faulty.. the exchanged unit doesnt charge properly and has a red light flashing the whole time.. do the usual security wipe remove battery etc... i send the phones back Specifically asking Mimosa Mall to send the units to A.R.C (as i have no FAITH in Mimosa Mall) this does not happen... my phones sit there for a week only to find out from escalations that my phones are done and "No Faults" were found... No Sms... No Calls Nothing... Mimosa Mall chooses to keep the units waiting for better days... my Torch was swapped out at A.R.C yet Mimosa Mall simply doesnt give a about keeping clients informed... or adhearing to clients request to send the phones to A.R.C... i think they need to catch a wake up call... service and seriously gone down... in the past my requests were acknowledged and actioned... this does not happen anymore... and i must sit waiting for my phones...
